Tan Hai Son Construction Joint Stock Company (Ha Tinh City) is focusing on completing the Xuan Dieu extended road project on schedule.

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - technical officer of Tan Hai Son Construction Joint Stock Company (Ha Tinh City) said: "The company is responsible for the construction of the road and infrastructure of the extended Xuan Dieu road project, from Km00+0 - Km00+738. Up to this point, the unit has completed nearly 90% of the volume, ensuring the quality and progress of the disbursed capital. In the next few days, when the weather is better, the unit will proceed to asphalt the road surface, make sidewalks, curbs, and strive to complete before the upcoming April 30 - May 1 holidays".

Xuan Dieu Street extension, the urban axis connecting the northern part of the city, has taken shape.

According to the City People's Committee, since the beginning of the year, Ha Tinh City has had 22 new projects started; the City People's Committee has also approved 25 new projects. Regarding the disbursement of budget capital, out of 172 projects allocated with local capital plans in 2025, up to now, 45 projects are completing investment documents and procedures, 15 projects have approved technical economic reports and feasibility study reports, 83 projects have started construction and are under construction, 29 projects have been completed; disbursement reached 91.6/639.2 billion VND, equal to 14.5% of the assigned plan. The disbursement of central and provincial budget capital is being urged to be implemented.

To create a breakthrough for the investment pillar, Ha Tinh City continues to focus on directing the acceleration of the construction progress of key projects such as: Priority infrastructure project and urban development adapting to climate change in Ha Tinh city; coordinate with departments and branches to implement the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh road project extending to the East; accelerate the construction of the Eastern belt road project; Xuan Dieu road extension project... At the same time, direct the peak construction of infrastructure improvement projects, especially projects in the central area such as: Nguyen Du, Vo Liem Son, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh streets... to soon complete according to the schedule.

Continue to urge the commencement of new projects according to plan, in conjunction with accelerating the progress of site clearance, construction, disbursement of public investment capital, handling of outstanding debts in basic construction, ensuring that projects are implemented smoothly and smoothly. This not only helps the central government to effectively carry out public investment work, increase the disbursement of budget capital, but also creates motivation to further attract total investment from the whole society in developing strategic and urban infrastructure and acting as a "locomotive" for socio-economic growth.

According to Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hieu, the socio-economic growth target for 2025 is expected to reach over 10%. In addition to the investment pillar, it is necessary to create breakthroughs in all sectors and fields, especially continuing to promote budget collection in the area, promoting the development of key economic sectors, focusing on implementing the tasks of building civilized urban areas, building new rural areas, etc.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested departments, offices, units and localities to review, rectify and overcome existing shortcomings, limitations and backlogs in performing tasks in the past time; on the annual plan framework, focus on timely implementation, ensuring the progress of targets and tasks.

Currently, Ha Tinh City has many advantages in economic development, not only the central urban area is developing bustlingly and modernly, but also the geographical location after merging with commune-level administrative units has expanded the space for developing diverse industries, from agriculture, industry, services, tourism. This will be the main driving force for the central city to create a breakthrough in economic growth, creating a strong shift in structure towards increasing trade, services - tourism. In the second quarter, tourism and services are the two key industries that are stimulated.

Mr. Bui Dinh Lam - Chairman of Thach Hai Commune People's Committee said: "Since the first quarter, the leaders of Ha Tinh City have assigned specialized departments to coordinate and support the locality in developing a plan for the beach tourism season and opening Thach Hai beach tourism in 2025. The city also prioritizes capital investment in a number of items to upgrade and embellish the beach; socialize investment in trash screening machines to create a neat landscape to welcome tourists during this year's beach tourism season. With the support of the city, we have also organized work with 20 restaurants and eateries on the beach, signed commitments on food safety and hygiene, fire prevention and safe business conditions, etc.; mobilized and coordinated with forces to prune trees, embellish the landscape, clean the environment at the beach, ready for a vibrant beach tourism season".

To prepare for the upcoming beach tourism season, 400 city youth union members coordinated with local authorities to clean the environment, collect and process garbage to clean the beach.

The movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas is being accelerated by localities. Along with that, Ha Tinh City continues to implement solutions to increase budget revenue, prioritize the development of urban agriculture associated with ecological urban areas, green urban areas, effective use of land, resources, environmental protection, climate change adaptation; promote administrative reform, creating conditions for the city to make impressive breakthroughs.
