Dong Nai starts construction of 228 social housing units in Long Khanh

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said that this is one of the projects with practical significance to celebrate the country's important event; at the same time, it is a testament to the province's determination in concretizing the policy of developing social housing, taking care of people's lives, especially low-income people, workers, and people in difficult circumstances living and working in the area.

According to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Dong Nai is striving to achieve the goal of building 10,000 houses in the 2021-2025 period and by 2030, building at least 50,000 social housing units.

The CC1 Apartment Building under the Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project, invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., is one of the projects contributing to the completion of this goal. The project has a construction area of about 3.7 thousand ^m2 , including 3 blocks of 4-storey buildings, with a total of 228 apartments. After completion, the project will contribute to providing stable and convenient housing for workers and low-income people in the locality; at the same time, improving the urban appearance, promoting the socio -economic development of Long Khanh city.

The implementation of this project demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of the enterprise towards the community; at the same time, it is the concretization of the major policy of the Party, the State and the province on the policy of developing social housing, especially for workers, laborers and policy beneficiaries.

Provincial leaders requested that investors direct contractors to focus resources, continue to promote capacity, organize construction on schedule, ensure quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

The functional agencies of Long Khanh province and city accompany, support, and create favorable conditions for the project to be completed on schedule, put into use soon, contributing practically to the cause of sustainable urban development, improving the quality of life for people.

The Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project, Long Khanh City has 1,054 social housing units and 136 commercial housing units, which can accommodate more than 4,200 people. To date, the investor has completed 2 phases with more than 590 social housing units and 60 commercial housing units.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet, Director of Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., representing the investor, pledged to make every effort to implement the project on schedule. Monitor, supervise and urge the construction contractor and supervisory unit to ensure the project meets the schedule and quality, contributing to creating an ideal living space for the people.

This is one of 80 projects being simultaneously started and inaugurated today nationwide to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
