Dong Thap: 119 models of mass movement to protect national security

Through monitoring the results of the festival, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen highly appreciated Dong Thap province in general and Hong Ngu ward in particular for achieving many outstanding results. Up to now, the province has built 119 models of the movement for the whole people to protect national security, with over 2,300 points being replicated, of which 05 models have been reported nationwide.

For the Party Committee and the Hong Ngu ward government, many documents have been issued to direct the work of ensuring security and order and building a mass movement to protect national security; and to effectively disseminate and propagate to cadres and people so that they have the right awareness and actively participate in protecting national security.

The Deputy Minister of Public Security requested Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations, sectors and levels to continue raising awareness of the movement to protect national security and identify this as an important task of the entire political system and all classes of people.

Continue to innovate the content, form, and measures of propaganda, political and ideological education for cadres, party members, and people about patriotism, national pride, self-respect, and awareness of the rule of law; have solutions to improve the quality of the movement; consolidate and build forces participating in protecting national security... - the Deputy Minister of Public Security suggested.

At the festival, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security awarded Certificates of Merit to Hong Ngu Ward for their outstanding achievements in the movement of the whole people protecting the security of the Fatherland; Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives and 3 individuals (Hong Ngu Ward had 1 individual); Chairman of Hong Ngu Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the movement of the Festival of the whole people protecting the security of the Fatherland in 2025.
