With the goal of "Innovating leadership methods, improving the organizational capacity of the Party Committee, building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Group; developing effective businesses; affirming the leading role of the Group in digital transformation in Vietnam", in the spirit of "VNPT - Solidarity, Discipline, Creativity, Pioneering" , in the 2020-2025 term, the VNPT Party Committee successfully completed the Resolution of the 24th Party Congress of the Group.

The 2020-2025 term has affirmed an important step forward in the leadership method of the Party Committee of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group. At the same time, the Group has had an advanced and dynamic operating model and delegated autonomy to its units; in line with world trends and standards.

VNPT has gradually affirmed its key role in national digital transformation, while strongly transforming itself to become a digital enterprise with the goal of becoming a pioneer, leading, and operating entirely in the digital environment.

With an important step forward in organizational capacity, the Party Committee of the Group has affirmed its determination to overcome difficulties, not afraid to change and comprehensively innovate production and service business organization methods, promote development and creative application of technology; lead the excellent completion of production and business tasks, the enterprise is ranked A every year; basically completing the targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Specifically, the Group has completed the target on average revenue growth rate for the period 2020-2025. Regarding profit, 100% of the plan assigned by competent authorities each year has been completed. Of which, 5 consecutive years have exceeded the target (2020: 109.9%, 2021: 104.4% (excluding 400 billion VND in support of COVID-19), 2022: 108.5%, 2023: 105.3%, 2024: 114.2%).

Closing the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Group has achieved many important milestones, affirming VNPT's position not only in Vietnam but also gradually reaching out to integration.

Accordingly, VNPT won 03 Gold prizes, 02 Silver prizes, 05 Bronze prizes and 20 Top 10 prizes in the Make in Vietnam programs from 2020 to 2024, prestigious awards in the field of IT-CD. VNPT BioID and vnEdu were honored at the AICTA Awards 2021.

Notably, VNPT's FaceID entered the world's Top 10 in 2023 for facial recognition and achieved iBeta (FIDO) anti-spoofing certification. VNPT SmartVision won First Prize and Third Prize in 2 categories at the prestigious international AI City Challenge.

In the field of information security, the VNPT team has won the Security Bootcamp for 3 consecutive years. VNPT Cyber ​​Immunity has risen to the world's Top 7 at Hacking Week 2024, making VNPT the leading unit in the region in cyber security in 2024.
