Many groundbreaking initiatives

Ca Mau has pioneered the application of image recognition and citizen data information systems to support the administrative procedure resolution process. At the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Center and one-stop service departments at all levels, the public disclosure of administrative procedures using QR codes instead of traditional paper posters has facilitated easy access to information and results for citizens and businesses.

In this process, the 69-day intensive campaign "Improving the efficiency of online public service usage in Ca Mau province" is a key highlight that promotes the development of e-government, digital government, and improves the quality of service for citizens and businesses.

In particular, the province is piloting the integration of several administrative procedures in the fields of investment registration, business registration, environment, land, and construction. Accordingly, citizens only need to submit documents once but receive multiple results, reducing processing time by at least 15% compared to regulations and minimizing the number of trips for citizens and businesses. At the same time, fees and charges are reduced by 0-50% when using online public services, encouraging the shift to electronic transactions.

Ca Mau province has implemented and guided the process of extracting cadastral maps of land parcels and conducting cadastral surveys of land parcels on the provincial administrative procedure resolution information system. This helps people easily check the progress of their applications, and also helps competent authorities check and monitor the progress of application processing.

These initiatives and models have brought about positive changes: the annual rate of timely processing of applications has reached over 99.9%; the level of satisfaction of people and businesses with the handling of administrative procedures by administrative agencies in the province averages 97.28%.
