Ca Mau has been investing heavily in information technology infrastructure. With storage capacity of up to 135 TB, these centers are creating a solid foundation to support the province's comprehensive digital transformation process.
Publicizing administrative procedures using QR codes ensures timely updates, replacing the traditional paper-based posting method.
Many important digital platforms have been deployed. Simultaneously, the IOC also monitors and manages the chatbot on the mobile version of the IOC application, ensuring stable operation and quick, accurate responses to user requests. This allows leaders at all levels of government, citizens, and businesses to clearly understand the socio-economic activities taking place in the province, as well as the interaction between citizens, businesses, and state management agencies in the area.

It can be said that Ca Mau province's administrative reform efforts are undergoing a strong transformation. Following the restructuring of the administrative apparatus, the province has put into operation 64 public administrative service centers in communes and wards, as well as the Provincial-level Public Administrative Service Center. This is coupled with the development of a capable civil servant workforce that effectively meets the requirements of information technology and digital transformation, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the government apparatus.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai emphasized that, based on the important results achieved, Ca Mau province, after the merger, should urgently develop a suitable administrative reform program for the period 2026-2030. In this program, the human factor plays a key role, especially in resolving administrative procedures and operating the two-tiered government apparatus, to better serve the people and businesses.
