Provincial leaders listened to the operating unit present on the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and population data into the "Digital Citizen Station" model.

During the survey, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai and the delegation directly visited and experienced the features of the public service and digital citizen utility kiosks; and the digital healthcare kiosks.

The digital public service and citizen utility kiosk is fully integrated with features ranging from submitting applications, scanning application components, checking status, paying fees online, searching for administrative procedures using voice commands (AI Voice), and automatically filling in information on forms.

In addition, the kiosk provides various daily life amenities such as: bill payment, medical appointment registration, mobile top-up, ticket booking, shopping, health and social welfare information lookup, OCOP product promotion, and Ca Mau tourism promotion... There is a statistical table that helps leaders track detailed data on age, gender, and frequency of performing administrative procedures and online public services.
