At the Provincial Rice Museum, through agricultural tools, documentary images, and hands-on activities such as planting rice seeds and making traditional cakes from rice grains, a joyful and lively atmosphere was created, helping children better understand the development of rice cultivation in the Ca Mau region.
Through this, the students further admire the willpower, perseverance, and aspirations of their ancestors in conquering nature; and at the same time, they are grateful to the farmers who have toiled for generations to produce rice to serve their lives.
The rice planting activity provided the children with many interesting hands-on experiences about traditional farming.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Hoang Nam, Chairman of the Vovinam Federation of Ca Mau province, the journey of exploring museums is an opportunity for students to vividly access the historical and cultural values of the locality, thereby supplementing them with much useful knowledge for their studies.
Beyond being a fun and experiential activity, the tour also contributes to fostering patriotism and revolutionary spirit in the younger generation; educating them about pride and responsibility in preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of Ca Mau province.
