As of June 2024, Yen Bai's agricultural products had received over 500,000 visits on these platforms and generated over 5 billion VND in online sales revenue.

Application of technology in healthcare and education

Digital transformation has also been implemented in the healthcare and education sectors in Yen Bai. Hospitals and medical facilities in the province have begun using electronic medical records and telemedicine systems. By the end of 2023, 100% of hospitals and district-level medical centers had implemented electronic medical record management software. This system helps doctors manage patient information more accurately, minimizes errors in treatment, and enhances connectivity between medical facilities.

In addition, in the field of education, Yen Bai has implemented online classes to ensure that students' learning is not interrupted, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
