Recently , the Regional Tax Department XVI - Binh Duong Provincial Tax Department (old) issued a notice regarding financial obligations for the Phuong Truong An 6 Residential Area project (commercial name: Alana City), invested by Phuong Truong An Group Joint Stock Company (Phuong Truong An Group). The company representative said that on July 31, the financial obligations had been completed and the conditions for transferring land use rights at the project were met according to current regulations.
Previously, the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province (old) approved the land price, which is the basis for calculating financial obligations for Alana City. With transparent legal status, Alana City scores points in the eyes of investors and at the same time welcomes the wave of value growth when this entire area officially becomes a part of Ho Chi Minh City since the beginning of July 2025.
Currently, Phuong Truong An Group is also paving internal roads to gradually complete the infrastructure and promote the progress of the entire project.

Alana City has a scale of about 41.9 hectares, planned with 2,760 housing products, serving the residential needs of about 7,000 residents. In particular, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway will start construction in 2025, passing through Phu Giao area, where the Alana City project is located. When completed, this expressway will shorten the travel time to the administrative center of Ho Chi Minh City to only 25 minutes through the intersection near the project, greatly increasing the connectivity and liquidity of real estate in this area.
The official merger of Binh Duong into Ho Chi Minh City marks an important turning point in the regional development strategy, with the orientation of forming a modern "central super city", closely linked in terms of infrastructure, economy and planning.
