Thunder Monument project on Highway 5 has completed over 60% of the volume.

Currently, the project to build the Thunder Monument on Highway 5 is being implemented on schedule as signed and according to the construction contract.

The monument has reached 60% of its volume and is expected to be installed by the end of June. The leveling of the ground and the construction of the statue base have been completed. The items of high fences, low fences, parking lots, toilets, trees, lawns, etc. are being urgently constructed.

The Thunder Monument Construction Project on Road 5 started construction in August 2023 in Tuan Viet Commune (Kim Thanh), and is expected to be completed in August 2024. The total investment capital of the project is 55.5 billion VND.

The monument is built of natural stone (block), 21.06 m high. Behind the monument, a hill is built and trees are planted. The project also has other items such as parking lot, ceremony yard, memorial stele, toilet area, fence, trees, landscape...
