Accordingly, the number of guests served by accommodation establishments on May 30th is estimated at 91,700 (an increase of 17.5% compared to the opening night in 2025). Of these, international guests are estimated at 39,300 (an increase of 16.6% compared to the same period) and domestic guests at 52,400 (an increase of 18.3% compared to the same period).

The overall occupancy rate for the city's accommodation system is estimated at around 65% (an increase of over 8% compared to the same period last year). Of this, 4-5 star and equivalent hotels are estimated to have an occupancy rate of 75%. The areas along the Han River and the coast have very high occupancy rates, estimated at 95% (many accommodations located on the Han River waterfront and along the coast were fully booked early, estimated at 98-100%).

The occupancy rate for 3-star hotels and below is estimated at 55%, with the central area of Da Nang reaching over 60% (this occupancy rate is expected to continue to increase due to late bookings).

Tourists are mainly concentrated in central and coastal wards such as Hai Chau, An Hai, Son Tra, Hoa Cuong, Ngu Hanh Son, Thanh Khe, etc.; with the highest numbers recorded in areas belonging to Hai Chau and An Hai wards due to their proximity to the main viewing stands and fireworks display locations.
