On this occasion, the People's Committee of Do Son district deployed a plan to organize the 2025 Tourism Festival with the theme "Do Son - Four-season destination" with many attractive cultural, sports and tourism activities; at the same time, strengthening state management of tourism, contributing to building the sea tourism brand of the Port city, aiming to develop Do Son into a modern, smart sea tourism city, reaching national and international levels.
Currently, Do Son district owns 3 large tourist areas including: Doi Rong International Tourist Area, Hon Dau International Tourist Area and Do Son Traditional Tourist Area. Regarding the accommodation system, the whole district has about 136 accommodation service establishments with nearly 4,200 rooms, including 1 5-star hotel, 1 4-star hotel and 2 3-star hotels.
In the coming time, the locality will continue to organize meetings, connect domestic and foreign businesses, and call for investment in the fields of restaurants, high-class hotels, and entertainment services.

Identifying the development of marine tourism as one of the three key and breakthrough tasks of the city, Do Son is making efforts to effectively exploit the potential of marine tourism, mangrove ecosystems and unique historical and cultural values. In the near future, the locality strives to become a smart, attractive, friendly marine tourism city, an ideal 4-season destination for domestic and foreign tourists, while creating great attraction for investors.
Highlighting the 2025 summer tourist season, for the first time, Do Son district cooperated with Van Huong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company to exploit the Bang La mangrove eco-tourism product. Here, visitors will experience interesting activities such as: crab hunting, snail catching, kayaking, walking through the forest on a 2.7km long bridge and taking photos with animal models in the 1.7ha park.
The 2025 Tourism Festival is a key event, part of a series of activities in response to the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025. The highlight of the event is the special art program "Do Son - 4-season destination" taking place on the evening of April 30, 2025 at Dragon Beach Square (Dragon Hill International Tourist Area).
The program was elaborately staged, divided into many attractive parts such as: Grand opening art scene; reportage "Do Son - 70 years of heroism and development"; opening ceremony; 2 main art programs and vibrant electronic music performance.

In addition, many exciting activities will also take place such as: Open Golf Tourism Tournament at Dragon Golf Links on April 27, 2025 with the participation of nearly 170 golfers; Dragon Hill Food Festival from April 30 to May 4 with about 100 stalls of regional specialties, souvenirs and art performances serving visitors for free.
To promote the value of cultural heritage, Do Son district continues to deploy and exploit the tourism potential at historical sites. Specifically, the locality coordinates with relevant units to implement the project to renovate the historical site of the Gas Warehouse in Zone 1, Ben K15, connecting 15/5 Square and the spiritual tourist site of Chua Hang (Hai Son ward) to form a new tourist route. At the same time, research and renovation of Suoi Rong route, linked to the relic complex of Dinh Ngoc, Long Son Temple and Thi Co range in Ngoc Xuyen ward...
In parallel with organizing tourism activities, state management of tourism in the area is also focused. The District People's Committee issued Plan No. 342/KH-UBND dated December 26, 2024 on state management of tourism in 2025, with the goal of improving management efficiency, creating favorable conditions for businesses, organizations and individuals to invest and develop tourism services.
The locality strives to welcome 5 million visitors, with total revenue from accommodation and food reaching about 3,800 billion VND in 2025.
