On April 21, a group of two young men brought pet dogs to occupy a cherry blossom tree in Lam Vien Square, Da Lat city to invite visitors to take pictures and earn money.
Here, two young men spread out plastic grass under a blooming cherry blossom tree and let two dogs sit there. This made locals and tourists angry because it took up space for taking photos.

Upon receiving the news, the functional forces of the People's Committee of Ward 10, the city were present at the scene, asking the group of young people to return the space under the cherry blossom tree for people and tourists to take pictures. At the same time, they invited the related people to the headquarters to clarify the incident.

Local authorities identified the people who took the dog into public space as NQH (24 years old, from Hung Yen province) and L.D.D. (23 years old, from Ba Ria - Vung Tau province).
