To facilitate services for the people, especially the Khmer ethnic minority, the commune established mobile teams that directly visited each household to provide guidance and support. As a result, the elderly, poor households, disadvantaged households, and ethnic minorities can access public services quickly and conveniently. This model contributes to promoting administrative reform, reducing pressure on the commune's Public Administrative Service Center, and affirming the effectiveness of the two-level local government being close to and serving the people.

The mobile team of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune goes to people's homes to receive and guide them in carrying out administrative procedures.

Not only during office hours, but also on weekends, commune officials still make time to visit households to assist with procedures. This familiar image has become clear evidence of the spirit of serving the people in Hung Hoi.

According to Mr. Son Lien (78 years old, Ca Vinh hamlet), he previously did not know how to use a smartphone to connect to the Public Service Portal . Thanks to the commune officials who came to his house to guide him, the procedures for receiving social retirement benefits were resolved quickly and efficiently. Mr. Son Lien happily shared: "Before, I didn't know how to do it, but now, thanks to the commune officials coming to my house to help, I have completed the procedures to receive the benefits. I am very grateful."
