The Sing!Asia 2025 finals took place with 3 knockout rounds. In the first round, Phuong My Chi was paired with Hoang Linh. Both performed Lac t troi - a hit by Son Tung M-TP, but in a bilingual Vietnamese - Chinese version.
Phuong My Chi and DTAP chose a new approach - remixing, designing a bilingual version and deeply exploiting Asian colors. The song has Chinese lyrics rewritten by artist Dao Tu A1J. Hoang Linh performed this part with a graceful, magical voice. Meanwhile, Phuong My Chi sang the sweet and soulful Vietnamese lyrics. After this performance, Phuong My Chi became the leading contestant in the first round of the final and won the right to move on to round 2.

In round 2, Phuong My Chi performed the song Chopsticks – a performance that strongly reflects the spirit of regional connection. Inspired by the story of a bundle of chopsticks in Vietnamese culture, DTAP and Phuong My Chi expanded that image into a message of solidarity, friendship and the power of connection between Asian countries.
The performance used five languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and English as a way to express diversity and cultural exchange. DTAP cleverly integrated the sound of broken chopsticks in the opening part - a detail rich in symbolism, along with traditional instruments such as the monochord, zither, and the sound of chopsticks being knocked. Based on traditional materials, the arrangement has a modern Disney-pop color, easy to approach for international audiences but still retains a deep Asian quality.
With this performance, Phuong My Chi ranked 3rd overall, only 0.8 points behind the second-place contestant, Chu Phi Ca. Although she did not reach the highest position, Phuong My Chi's performance was still considered one of the special artistic marks, leaving many emotions in the hearts of international audiences.

In the final round of the first season of Sing!Asia , the Champion was awarded to Mijuna (Japan), Chu Phi Ca (China) was the runner-up. Although coming in third place, Phuong My Chi and DTAP's journey to spread Vietnamese culture in the competition still left many special impressions. With performances that were carefully invested in both music and cultural messages, Phuong My Chi and DTAP affirmed Vietnamese identity in a modern, strategic and integration-oriented performance spirit.
