On October 4, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province issued Document No. 2434/UBND-VHXH on stopping the organization of the Thanh Tuyen Night Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival in memory of Uncle Ho in 2025, to focus resources on the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters caused by storm No. 10.

According to the document, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, based on its assigned functions and tasks, to coordinate with relevant units to stop organizing the Thanh Tuyen Night Festival program in 2025. Request the Provincial Youth Union to stop organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival program to remember Uncle Ho in 2025.

Requesting departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards to proactively coordinate with the Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations at the same level, and relevant units, to focus on the work of preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; promptly, widely, fully and accurately informing people and tourists about the suspension of programs.
