From May 27th to 31st, Duong Hoa commune, in coordination with functional forces, departments, and organizations, organized the dismantling of illegal structures in Area A of Sau Market.
Accordingly, the authorities proceeded to dismantle 21 stalls along the embankment, along with 19 routes containing 395 stalls and kiosks arranged in 12 rows from A1 to N1. The total area dismantled was approximately 2,320m².

This area has long been plagued by unauthorized extensions, awnings, and canopies, negatively impacting urban aesthetics, obstructing traffic, and posing potential safety risks during the rainy season and for fire prevention and control efforts.
Before implementation, the People's Committee of the commune intensified propaganda efforts, and most small traders proactively cooperated, voluntarily dismantling illegal structures and assisting functional forces during the implementation process.

According to local leaders, the dismantling of awnings and canopies is not only aimed at addressing immediate violations but also serves as an important preparatory step for replanning the market space in a civilized and modern direction.
