Not only in Vietnam, this serious incident occurred globally; not only on users' personal Facebook pages but also on different Facebook platforms (on web and mobile) and the Messenger messaging app, and the photo-based social network Instagram.

It can be said that this is the biggest incident ever of this social network, in terms of scope and time to handle the incident.

By 11:20 p.m., Meta's services were gradually restored.
