On March 1st, Facolos Global Team participated in the Machi Machi Malaysia Super Pickleball League – a friendly tournament bringing together outstanding athletes from Vietnam and Malaysia. This tournament is significant, marking the strong rise of pickleball in two countries with the fastest-growing pickleball seasons in the world.
The Vietnamese team includes familiar names in the pickleball world: Nguyen Anh Thang, Xuan Duc, Huy Cau Long, Binh Rafa, and many other outstanding players. They have the opportunity to compete against top Malaysian players such as Jimmy Liong (Top 1 in Malaysia), Syed Uzair (Top 4 in Malaysia) in the men's doubles 35+, men's doubles 19+, mixed doubles 19+ and 35+ categories, as well as mixed doubles.
With a determined fighting spirit, the Facolos Global Team brilliantly won, creating spectacular matches and showcasing the prowess of Vietnamese athletes against strong opponents.
This event also provides an opportunity for the Vietnamese Pickleball community to interact and learn, while bringing the names of Vietnamese players closer to regional and world competitions.
