Leaks about the Galaxy S25 Edge have been appearing more and more frequently lately, and information about the phone's durability has also recently been shared.
According to Annika Bizon, Vice President of Product and Marketing at Samsung Mobile Experience in the UK, the durability of the Galaxy S25 Edge is not a concern; the phone's design does not compromise its longevity.

Reportedly, the phone has a ceramic back, which is harder than glass and can be combined with metal to ensure the S25 Edge doesn't fail durability tests.
According to the latest reports, the device features a 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and boasts an impressively slim 5.84 mm profile with a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits.
In terms of photography capabilities, the device features a dual-camera system consisting of a 200MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, delivering impressive image capture. It also has a 12MP front camera, a 3,900 mAh battery with support for both 25W wired and 15W wireless fast charging.
The device will likely be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, combined with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The phone is expected to run Android 15 out of the box, featuring the One UI 7 user interface for a seamless user experience.
Earlier reports revealed that the Galaxy S25 Edge was expected to launch on April 16th. The device will go on sale in May with an initial production run limited to 40,000 units. It will be available in Light Blue, Black, and Silver color variants. Samsung plans to evaluate the initial rollout before expanding availability to more countries.
