Accordingly, approve the budget estimate for implementing policies and regimes in the implementation of organizational arrangement of the political system, with the following main contents:

The total budget estimate of Thanh Hoa province is supplemented according to Decision No. 1488/QD-TTg dated July 5, 2025 of the Prime Minister: VND 764,399,000,000 (seven hundred sixty-four billion, three hundred ninety-nine million VND).

Estimated budget allocation for this period: VND 20,666,206,525 (twenty billion, six hundred sixty-six million, two hundred and six thousand, five hundred twenty-five dong).

Estimated remaining unallocated budget: VND 743,732,793,475 (seven hundred forty-three billion, seven hundred thirty-two million, seven hundred ninety-three thousand, four hundred seventy-five dong).

Funding source for implementation: From the central government's targeted additional budget for the provincial budget in Decision No. 1488/QD-TTg dated July 5, 2025 of the Prime Minister .

This budget estimate is assigned to 7 units to pay 14 people with a total amount of 20,666,206,525 VND (twenty billion, six hundred sixty-six million, two hundred and six thousand, five hundred twenty-five VND) specifically as follows:

- Provincial Youth Union (1 person) with amount: 1,148,734,373

- Provincial Veterans Association (2 people) with amount: 4,010,845,410

- Provincial Farmers' Association (1 person) with amount: 891,479,242

- Department of Home Affairs (1 person) with amount: 1,716,609,375

- Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 1 (issued through the Department of Internal Affairs) (7 people) with the amount: 9,730,657,591

- Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 2 (issued through the Department of Home Affairs Office) (1 person) with the amount: 1,801,747,584

- Nursing Center for Meritorious People (1 person) with amount: 1,366,132,950
