Nearly 900 students are eligible to take the second round of admission to grade 6 at Le Quy Don and Ly Tu Trong Secondary Schools.

Le Quy Don Secondary School and Ly Tu Trong Secondary School are two key schools of the city.

Accordingly, Le Quy Don Secondary School has 486 applications, Ly Tu Trong Secondary School has 390 applications.

These are students who passed the application evaluation round according to the criteria specified in the Admission Plan for Grade 6 of Le Quy Don Secondary School and Ly Tu Trong Secondary School of the provincial Departmentof Education and Training in April.

Students can look up the list of first round winners on the website or on the notice board of the school they registered for admission.

Accordingly, the application score is calculated by the total final score of the 3 years of grades 3, 4, 5 divided by 13. Students with an application score of 8.5 or higher (for students applying to Le Quy Don Secondary School) and 8.0 or higher (for students applying to Ly Tu Trong Secondary School) will be eligible for selection to round 2 (capacity assessment).

In round 2, candidates will take the entrance exam for grade 6 of the two schools, including 3 subjects: Math, Vietnamese, English. The admission score is calculated by the total score of the 3 subjects plus the priority score (if any).

Participating in the competency assessment round, candidates will be carefully guided by volunteers.

Le Quy Don Secondary School and Ly Tu Trong Secondary School will organize a student capacity survey on May 27. On June 13, the list of candidates admitted to grade 6, school year 2025-2026 will be announced.
