On the morning of May 13th, the Trade Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site, organized a flower arrangement and fruit platter decoration competition to commemorate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth and the 56th anniversary of the implementation of his Last Will and Testament. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy attended the competition.
