On the morning of May 13, the Trade Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace to organize a flower arrangement and fruit tray decoration contest to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and the 56th anniversary of implementing his Testament.
