Following the province's direction on implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee has advised the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to issue documents to lead, direct and guide the registration of building "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in the fields of economy, culture - society, national defense - security and building a strong political system. Based on the actual situation of the locality, the district has developed a plan, agreed to select and register suitable models for implementation. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies to promote propaganda and commend models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" to create consensus and widespread influence among the people.
In Xuan Sinh commune, implementing the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the movement to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas, many households have voluntarily donated land, expanded roads and contributed labor and money to build their homeland. Identifying "Skillful Mass Mobilization" as one of the important factors to create changes in the homeland, the Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and political organizations of Tho Xuan district have deployed it synchronously and widely in all fields. In the period of 2021-2024, the whole district has built 498 collective models and 207 individual models of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the fields of economy , culture - society, national defense - security and building a strong political system. The models and typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" have gradually changed the thinking and regular working methods of each collective and individual in building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and exemplary new rural areas. Many typical models in the field of economic development have been applied and brought high efficiency, such as the model of "Smart Mass Mobilization" in land accumulation, conversion of crops and livestock, contributing to job creation, increasing income of local people, forming a value chain in agricultural production linked to the market. In the period of 2021-2024, the whole district has established and maintained effective operations of 67 models of "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe residential areas"; 165 models of "From scrap collection to millions of gifts"; 7 models of "Classifying and processing organic household waste into organic microbial fertilizers"; 144 models of "Building bright - green - clean - beautiful landscapes"; 73 mural routes; 72 blooming electric pole routes; 2 civilized streets; 47 youth tree routes; 4 models of "Bright - green - clean - beautiful tree roads"; 10 veteran groups cleaning village roads, residential areas, and neighborhoods.
Affirming that the replication of advanced models and typical examples in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas in Tho Xuan district has a wide-reaching influence and is supported by cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Through the movement, many models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" have appeared in the district in all areas of social life, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, building a clean and strong Party and political system in the district.
