Coffee price forecast December 13, 2024
According to forecasts, world coffee prices on December 13, 2024 will continue to decrease on the Robusta exchanges in London, Arabica in New York, and Arabica Brazil. Domestic coffee prices are also forecast to decrease slightly, ranging from 500-800 VND/kg.

Experts say the main reason for this price drop is that the coffee harvest in the Central Highlands provinces is entering its main stage. In addition, bad weather, disruptions in transportation, and a tightening legal environment in many countries have also contributed to fluctuations in world coffee prices.
Speaking to reporters, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Owner of a coffee purchasing household for many years in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, said: "As of 4:00 p.m. on December 12, 2024, the coffee purchasing price in Bao Loc City market was 122,500 VND/kg. It is forecasted that the coffee price on December 13, 2024 will continue to decrease for the second consecutive session, decreasing by about 500 - 1,000 VND/kg. The main reason is that people are selling to take profit, along with the fact that the Central Highlands provinces are entering the peak coffee harvest season, leading to an increase in coffee output."
