World pepper prices today: Remaining stable
According to data updated by the International Pepper Association (IPC) on the morning of May 11, 2026, pepper exports today did not record any new price adjustments. Major pepper export markets worldwide maintained stable prices compared to yesterday.

Specifically, the price of Lampung black pepper from Indonesia today is listed at $6,955 per ton, showing no change compared to yesterday.
Similarly, Indonesian Muntok white pepper prices also remained stable, currently trading at $9,153 per ton.
Meanwhile, Brazilian pepper prices remain high today. Currently, Brazilian pepper is trading at $6,000 per ton.
In Malaysia, the price of ASTA black pepper is currently stable at US$9,300/ton. The price of ASTA white pepper in this market today reached US$12,200/ton, unchanged from yesterday.
Similarly, the export price of Vietnamese white pepper today also shows no new fluctuations, currently trading at $9,000 per ton.
Vietnamese black pepper prices also remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper, 500 gr/l grade, is currently at 6,100 USD/ton, and the 550 gr/l grade is at 6,200 USD/ton.

Domestic pepper prices today: Remaining high
In the domestic market, pepper prices today (May 11th) remain high, with no new fluctuations recorded. Domestic pepper prices are currently trading at 141,000 - 144,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the price of pepper in Gia Lai today remains unchanged compared to yesterday. Currently, pepper is trading at 141,000 VND/kg.
Despite positive signs, pepper prices in Dong Nai remained stable today, with traders currently buying pepper at 142,500 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, today's pepper prices in Ho Chi Minh City are trading at 142,000 VND/kg, unchanged from the previous trading session.
Following a sideways trend, pepper prices in Lam Dong and Dak Lak provinces are both trading at 144,000 VND/kg today. This is the highest price nationwide today.
According to expert forecasts, domestic pepper prices may continue to see positive developments in the coming days; however, the increase will not create a significant difference compared to the current price.
According to a report by the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA), in the first four months of 2026, exports of pepper and spices across the entire industry reached approximately 150,000 tons, with a value of about 760 million USD, representing a 20% increase in volume and a 15% increase in value compared to the same period in 2025.
Specifically, pepper exports reached approximately 96,000 tons, generating $625 million in revenue, representing a 30% increase in volume and a 22% increase in value. Notably, exports to the US increased by about 40%, while exports to China increased by over 200%.
