The price of silver at Phu Quy Group also remained stable at 2.831 - 2.939 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price).

Overall, over the past week, the price of SJC gold has dropped by 3 million VND/ounce, falling to its lowest level in about 5 months. And for the entire month of May, the price of SJC gold has "evaporated" by nearly 1 million VND/ounce.

Over the past week, the price of gold briefly fell to $4,365.76 per ounce, its lowest level in two months. However, the precious metal quickly regained momentum and recovered more than 1% by the end of the week after news emerged that the US and Iran had reached a memorandum of understanding to extend the ceasefire agreement for another 60 days.

This information helped ease geopolitical tensions, pushing oil prices and the US dollar lower. The dollar index fell by about 0.2%, making gold more attractive to investors holding other currencies. Meanwhile, Brent crude oil prices also weakened after several sessions of sharp increases.

Despite recovering from a two-month low, analysts believe that the future trend of gold prices will still largely depend on developments in the Middle East conflict and interest rate decisions by the US Federal Reserve (Fed).

Domestic silver prices adjust slightly.

On the morning of June 1st, the price of Ancarat 999 silver bars (1 tael) at Ancarat Precious Metals Company was listed at 2.85 - 2.94 million VND/tael (buying and selling price), a decrease of 10,000 VND/tael in the buying price and unchanged in the selling price compared to the previous trading session. Ancarat Precious Metals Company listed the price of Ancarat 999 silver bars (1kg) at 76.1 - 78.42 million VND/kg (buying and selling price), a decrease of 160,000 VND/kg in the buying price and a decrease of 350,000 VND in the selling price compared to the closing price of the trading session on May 29th.

At the same time, the price of 999 silver bars (1 tael) at Phu Quy Gold, Silver and Gemstone Group was listed at 2.86 - 2.95 million VND/tael (buying and selling price), remaining unchanged in both buying and selling prices compared to the previous trading session.

The price of 999 sterling silver bars (1kg) at Phu Quy Gold, Silver and Gemstone Group is listed at 76.39 - 78.77 million VND/kg (buying price - selling price), an increase of 160,000 VND/kg in the buying price and an increase of 190,000 VND/kg in the selling price compared to the closing price of the previous trading session.
