On the morning of September 15, the Transaction Office of the Bank for Social Policies (CSXH) Tien Hai organized the signing of a credit contract and disbursement to the first customer according to Decision No. 29/2025/QD-TTg dated August 28, 2025 of the Prime Minister on credit for students, master's students and postgraduates studying science , technology, engineering and mathematics (abbreviated as the STEM study loan program).

Through the household, the Tien Hai Social Policy Bank Transaction Office signed a credit contract worth 160 million VND for 2 years, and disbursed the first installment of 80 million VND to student Bui Quang Do in Dong Chau commune, currently a 3rd year student of the Faculty of Information Technology, Phuong Dong University. The loan includes tuition fees as confirmed by the school and living and studying expenses of up to 5 million VND/month, interest rate of 4.8%/year, repayment period starts after the student graduates.
The timely disbursement of capital helps students access preferential credit policies, cover study costs, and feel secure in their studies, contributing to training high-quality human resources for the country. In the coming time, the Tien Hai Social Policy Bank Transaction Office will continue to coordinate with organizations and unions to promote propaganda, creating conditions for many students to benefit from this policy.
