Some projects have approved the compensation plan for site clearance but the investor has not transferred the funds to the Land Fund Development Center to pay for the people such as Song Cong 2 Industrial Park project, Industrial Cluster Project, etc. Ba Xuyen (phases 1, 2, 3), project of Ecological Urban Area along Cong River, project of Bach Quang Residential Area, project of Kosy Urban Area.
