50% off on 46 fees and charges

According to Circular No. 64/2025/TT-BTC regulating the collection and exemption of a number of fees and charges to support businesses and people, which has just been issued by the Ministry of Finance, 46 fees and charges will be reduced by 50% from July 1 to December 31, 2026.

For example, the fee for granting a license to establish and operate a bank is equal to 50% of the fee specified in Point a, Section 1 of the Fee Schedule in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 150/2016.

Fees for appraisal of restricted business goods and services in the commercial sector; fees for appraisal of conditional business goods and services in the commercial sector for business entities that are organizations and enterprises; fees for appraisal of conditional business goods and services in the commercial sector for business entities that are business households and individuals are equal to 50% of the fee collection level prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 168/2016.

Circular No. 64/2025/TT-BTC also stipulates that the fee for entering and exiting airports for foreign flights to Vietnamese airports is equal to 50% of the fee collection rate prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 194 of 2016.

The fee for issuing, changing, and re-issuing ID cards is equal to 50% of the fee collection rate prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 73/2024/TT-BTC regulating the collection, exemption, collection, and payment regime of fees for issuing, changing, and re-issuing ID cards....

With the above reduction and application period, it is expected that implementing this policy will support people and businesses with more than 3,000 billion VND.
