(Dan Tri) - On September 20, 6 satellite stations of the Ho Chi Minh City 115 Emergency Center were launched in the old Binh Duong province.

On the afternoon of September 20, informing Dan Tri reporter, specialist doctor 2 Nguyen Duy Long, Director of the 115 Emergency Center of Ho Chi Minh City, said that on the same morning, this unit coordinated with the Bac Tan Uyen Regional Medical Center to organize the launching ceremony of 6 115 Emergency Satellite Stations for medical centers in region 2.

Accordingly, 6 115 emergency satellite stations in region 2 have just been launched, including Thu Dau Mot regional health center, Ben Cat regional health center, Tan Uyen regional health center, Bac Tan Uyen regional health center, Bau Bang regional health center, and Phu Giao regional health center, bringing the total number of satellite emergency stations in Ho Chi Minh City to 59.

According to Dr. Long, this is an important milestone in expanding the out-of-hospital emergency network to meet the primary health care needs of the people, especially in the context of Ho Chi Minh City adjusting its administrative boundaries after merging with the former provinces of Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau .
