Accordingly, the transaction sessions were held at Phu Trinh transaction point (Phan Thiet ward) and Phu Tai transaction point ( Binh Thuan ward). The transaction sessions were arranged at the headquarters of the People's Committees of the old communes, helping people to travel conveniently without having to travel far. The infrastructure at the transaction points was guaranteed, creating favorable conditions for the process of disbursement, debt collection and deposit/withdrawal of money to take place smoothly. Many customers expressed their satisfaction with the service spirit and enthusiastic support of credit officers.
Inspecting the activities and attending the meeting at the two transaction points above, Mr. Ly Khau Nghia - Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank, concurrently Director of the Binh Thuan Social Policy Bank Transaction Office - said: "Immediately after the merger, the transaction sessions were implemented promptly, without interrupting the disbursement, debt collection, interest collection, and savings deposit/withdrawal activities. The Party Committee, People's Committee and 4 socio-political organizations in the 2 wards have closely coordinated to ensure that transactions take place smoothly, stably and safely".
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank, after the merger, the entire system quickly stabilized its organization and operations. The branch currently has 1 head office, 27 transaction offices and maintains 329 commune transaction points with 6,460 Savings & Loan Groups in 124 communes, wards and Phu Quy special zone.
