Continue to strengthen Vietnamese for ethnic minority children; build child-centered kindergartens; encourage social mobilization; expand STEAM education, and introduce English in qualified facilities;
Carry out traffic safety education activities; build national standard kindergartens; ensure sufficient quantity and improve the capacity of preschool teachers, thereby contributing to improving the quality of preschool education.
