New fashion trends among young people in China.

At studios near the Forbidden City, makeup artists work from early morning until late at night to serve clients. During peak seasons like weekends or holidays, they can see dozens of clients a day.

Chen Jiao, a makeup artist, said that clothing also changed over time, from the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Recently, the Tang Dynasty style has become popular because it is more breathable and suitable for summer wear.

Students shared that dressing appropriately for the context also helps to make the experience of learning about culture and history more complete.

Chen Xiao, a student, said: "At each specific location, we should wear clothing that is appropriate to the context. For example, since I was at the Forbidden City, I chose a Qing Dynasty princess costume."

Experts believe that the combination of history, fashion, and social media has created a new cultural trend, contributing to the increasing interest and enthusiasm among young Chinese people for historical values.
