Genderless singer Tran Tung Anh makes an impression

The genderless singer chose to perform 3 outstanding works in "Nui hat" with 9 songs as a way to "flex" all of his qualities. After "Nang tho xu Hue", he continued to show off his rare female voice with "Co gai vot cong" and "Tieng dan ta lu". The two songs associated with famous female singers such as artists Tuong Vi, Anh Tho, Trang Nhung... were once again conquered by Tran Tung Anh, also with a high-pitched, clear female voice like a bell.

In Vietnam, Tung Anh is the first male voice to confidently step onto the stage with a female soprano voice.

Singer Phuc Tiep, Tran Tung Anh's teacher, assessed Tung Anh as a special case possessing a castrato voice, training such a voice is very arduous and painful. Creating works for these voices is even more difficult, in the past the British royal family did not even allow female singers on stage, people had to train male singers from a young age to impersonate women when performing. In Vietnam, Tung Anh is the first male singer to confidently step onto the stage with a female soprano voice.
