⏵Mr. NGO TRAN NGOC QUOC - Director of Tran Quoc Trading, Transport, Import-Export Services Company Limited, Chairman of Tay Ninh Province Tourism Association:

After the new Tay Ninh province was formed on the basis of merging Tay Ninh and Long An provinces, we realized that the domestic tourism picture is developing well. In particular, many large corporations also chose Tay Ninh as an investment destination such as SunGroup. Thereby, creating good impressions in the hearts of tourists, gradually building the unique culture of Tay Ninh. We are very interested in policies from local authorities to continue promoting tourism development and no longer overlapping between legal documents in the field of tourism business. Hopefully, the leaders of the province, departments and branches will have specific plans and strategies to accompany and create conditions for businesses in tourism development. Only then, Tay Ninh tourism can truly break through and stand firmly on the tourism map of Vietnam.
⏵Mr. PHAM NGOC ANH TUAN - Director of Vuon Nha Minh Company Limited (Nhat Tao commune, Tay Ninh province):
My business operates in the field of production, processing and distribution of clean agricultural products, aiming at organic and circular agricultural models. I am very excited that the province is focusing on developing high-tech agriculture, building agricultural product brands associated with safety and quality.
However, currently, businesses and small traders are accompanying the province's development aspirations, the major barrier is still the lack of investment capital, technology and stable consumption channels. I hope that this Congress will have specific policies to support businesses and cooperatives in accessing preferential capital, applying technical advances, especially in post-harvest processing and preservation, while strengthening the connection between supply and demand so that Tay Ninh agricultural products can enter supermarkets, modern retail chains and e-commerce.
Green agriculture is only sustainable when there is a close connection between businesses, cooperatives and farmers, forming a synchronous value chain, thereby both increasing farmers' income and affirming the position of Tay Ninh agricultural products in the market.
⏵Mr. HO VAN BEN - owner of Tam Ben beef jerky production facility (Hiep Hoa commune):

My family has been involved in the beef jerky business for over 20 years. This is not only a way to make a living but also a source of pride because Tam Ben beef jerky has become a well-known specialty. Recently, thanks to the province's attention in the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program and trade promotion, my facility has had more opportunities to bring products to fairs and exhibitions, making them more known to customers inside and outside the province.
In my opinion, what small traders and small-scale production facilities desire most is to have a wide promotion channel and stable consumption connection. We make delicious, clean products that ensure food hygiene and safety, but without support in communication and market connection, it is very difficult to compete with big brands. I hope that the professional sector will pay more attention to supporting the promotion of local products and expanding distribution channels through supermarkets, convenience stores and e-commerce.
In addition, I also hope to access preferential loan support programs and production management training. Traditional craftsmen like us have experience and skills, but still need to be equipped with more knowledge about packaging, labeling, and brand protection to increase product value. I believe that with the attention of the province and the determination of the people to innovate, Tay Ninh specialties, including Tam Ben beef jerky, will increasingly affirm their solid position in the market.
⏵Mrs. LUU THI KIM CHAU - owner of Co Chau sausage production facility (Can Duoc commune):

My family has been involved in sausage making for many generations, considering it a part of the culture of our homeland. However, what I worry about most is that today's young people are less interested in the traditional profession, most of them choose to work for companies instead of continuing their parents' profession. In my opinion, if there are no timely policies to support training and encouragement, many professions are at risk of being lost. Because, in addition to difficulties in the market and capital, the current difficult problem is the lack of skilled labor, while sausage production requires meticulousness, both to maintain the characteristic flavor and to ensure food safety and hygiene.
I hope the province will open training courses for traditional food processing, creating conditions for small establishments to participate in concentrated production clusters to learn from each other and comply with common standards. I believe that if there are specific incentive policies, many families will boldly invest, and the younger generation will also feel secure in continuing the profession, contributing to preserving local identity.
⏵Ms. NGUYEN THI BICH NGOC - owner of Khanh Ngoc Cosmetics Store (Kien Tuong Ward):

What I care about most now is a transparent business environment and protecting the reputation of genuine goods. In recent times, the authorities have strengthened market management, but there are still cases of counterfeit, fake, and poor-quality goods that affect the interests of consumers and the reputation of small traders. Therefore, I hope the province has stronger solutions in the fight against commercial fraud, while supporting small traders in promoting genuine products and raising consumer awareness in product selection. Along with that, small traders need to be supported in accessing digital tools such as managing goods through software, tracing origin, cashless payments, etc. to adapt to modern trends.
If the market is transparent, people will feel secure in shopping, and small traders will be more confident in staying long-term. I hope that after the congress, the province will have specific policies to create a breakthrough for the trade and service sector.
⏵Mrs. NGUYEN THI THUY HANG - trader at Duong Minh Chau market, Duong Minh Chau commune:

In recent years, the trading activities of small traders have encountered difficulties due to the decrease in purchasing power. The local government has upgraded and repaired the degraded market infrastructure, but I hope that in the new term, the provincial and communal leaders will pay attention to dialogue and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of small traders so that they can have appropriate support mechanisms and policies for business activities.
I also hope that after the Congress, a team of virtuous and talented cadres will help Tay Ninh province develop further.
⏵Ms. DUONG THI GAI - a dried fish trader at Tan Hung market (Tan Hung commune):

Every Provincial Party Congress, we, the traders, follow with special attention, especially since this is the first Congress after the administrative reorganization. In recent years, the provincial leaders have paid attention to infrastructure investment and have many policies to support traders. However, in border markets such as Tan Hung, the infrastructure is still degraded, environmental sanitation is not guaranteed, and parking lots are narrow, making it difficult to buy and sell.
Therefore, I hope the province will pay more attention to investing in commercial infrastructure, especially traditional markets, so that traders can have a decent, safe, and civilized business environment. I also wish that the province will continue to support the promotion and introduction of border specialties such as dried fish and fish sauce to a larger market, helping traders to have a stable income and preserve the typical products of their homeland.
The opinions of small traders, small businesses, production and business establishments show their confidence, excitement and expectations for the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Each opinion also demonstrates the responsibility to accompany, contribute wisdom, and join hands to build the homeland of Tay Ninh to become more and more prosperous and civilized./.
