
Accordingly, Hanoi City supports each province with 10 billion VND to overcome the consequences of floods. Thereby, demonstrating the solidarity, affection and responsibility of the Capital City towards the localities facing difficulties.
The ceremony was attended by comrades: Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; Nguyen Van Phong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Bui Huyen Mai, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi; National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi.
On the side of Lam Dong province, there was comrade Nguyen Huu Thong, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province.

At the ceremony, the representative of Hanoi City leaders emphasized that the recent floods have caused great damage to people, property and infrastructure in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast provinces. In the face of such losses, the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital wish to share some of the difficulties, support localities to overcome the consequences and soon stabilize people's lives.

Representatives of the National Assembly delegations of Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa provinces expressed their deep gratitude to the leaders of Hanoi City, affirming that support resources will be promptly transferred to localities that have suffered heavy damage. Thereby, helping people restore production, repair essential infrastructure and rebuild their lives after natural disasters.

The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of “mutual love”, the tradition of solidarity between Hanoi and neighboring provinces. This is also an activity of profound humanitarian significance, contributing to spreading social responsibility, joining hands with the whole country to support people in disaster areas.
