Hanoi supports 30 billion VND to help Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa overcome the consequences of floods.

On the afternoon of November 24, at the National Assembly Building, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City held a ceremony to hand over funds to support people in the three provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa, which were severely affected by floods.

Leaders of the National Assembly and Hanoi City presented support to the three provinces of Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, and Dak Lak that were severely affected by floods.

Accordingly, Hanoi City supports each province with 10 billion VND to overcome the consequences of floods. Thereby, demonstrating the solidarity, affection and responsibility of the Capital City towards the localities facing difficulties.

The ceremony was attended by comrades: Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; Nguyen Van Phong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Bui Huyen Mai, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi; National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi.

At the ceremony, the representative of Hanoi City leaders emphasized that the recent floods have caused great damage to people, property and infrastructure in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast provinces. In the face of such losses, the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital wish to share some of the difficulties, support localities to overcome the consequences and soon stabilize people's lives.
