Tra Cu Hamlet Health Club, Binh Thanh Commune operates at the Hamlet Cultural House.
Civilization - humanity
Tay Ninh is a province with a rich tradition and culture, with many historical relics and intangible cultural heritages. All of these have been preserved and promoted, enriching the local cultural identity, while also linking tourism development and educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions.
At the same time, cultural institutions at the grassroots level have received investment attention, from facilities, support policies to operating costs. Many cultural centers, communal and hamlet cultural houses have become community activity centers, where people meet, practice sports , organize cultural activities, contributing to improving spiritual life. The mass physical education and sports movement has also developed strongly. Many clubs, teams and groups have been formed and operate regularly.
In Binh Thanh commune, the Health Club model attracts a large number of members. Every afternoon, in the Tra Cu Hamlet Cultural House, club members practice together with music, creating a joyful and healthy atmosphere, contributing to the joy of the elderly, and at the same time demonstrating the spread of civilized lifestyle in the community.

Once a year, Ms. Le Thi Cuc (third from right) gives about 200 gifts to households in difficult circumstances, an activity that has been maintained for 10 years now.
From those community activities, the movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” does not stop at improving spiritual life but also spreads the spirit of compassion and sharing deeply and widely in each residential area and each family. In Phuoc Ly commune, for more than 10 years, Ms. Le Thi Cuc has been quietly attached to the volunteer journey.
Every year on the anniversary of her grandfather's death, she organizes the giving of about 200 gifts including necessities, cakes, water, etc. to the poor, the disabled, and the lonely elderly in the commune. "Each gift is worth about 200,000 VND. In years when I have more money, I make more, in years when it's difficult, I make less, just hoping everyone will have joy" - Mrs. Cuc shared.
Not only giving gifts, Mrs. Cuc also regularly provides emergency support to those in difficult circumstances and actively contributes to local movements. The Nguyen Van Tham street across her house today is spacious and airy, and also has land she voluntarily donated to open the road. "Every time I give a gift, I receive joy in return, I believe my grandparents are also happy to see me do that" - Mrs. Cuc said.
Kind-hearted people like Mrs. Cuc have contributed to making the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" imbued with humanistic values, spreading the spirit of "mutual love and support" in the community.
Growing together

Binh Hoa Bamboo and Rattan Company Limited creates jobs for about 30 local workers and many households that receive product processing.
If in Phuoc Ly commune there is Mrs. Cuc who quietly contributes to the poor, in Trang Bang ward there is Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - Director of Binh Hoa Bamboo and Rattan Company Limited (Hoa Hoi quarter), who is diligently preserving and developing the traditional craft of his hometown. Trang Bang has been famous for its bamboo and rattan weaving craft for generations and has been recognized as a traditional craft.
With the desire to get rich from the local traditional profession, Mr. Binh decided to start a business by processing beds and chairs for companies in Ho Chi Minh City. With perseverance and acumen, he gradually expanded the production scale, sought customers and exported products such as tables, chairs, shelves, screens, bamboo sofas, etc. to France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Israel, the US and Australia. Currently, the company creates jobs for about 30 workers and many processing households, most of whom are local people.

Working at Binh Hoa Bamboo and Rattan Company Limited, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung has a stable income, improves his life, and contributes to preserving traditional crafts in the locality.
One of the company's long-time workers is Mr. Nguyen Van Tung. Previously, Mr. Tung only worked in small-scale handicrafts with unstable income. Since working at Binh Hoa Bamboo and Rattan Company Limited, he has had a stable job and his family life has gradually improved. With their acumen, people like Mr. Binh have been joining hands to preserve traditional crafts, enrich themselves and support local people in developing their family economy.
It can be seen that in modern society, the movement to build a cultural life is inseparable from economic development. With their acumen, people can completely rely on traditional occupations to enrich themselves legitimately and promote their homeland.
According to the assessment of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of the province continues to achieve comprehensive results, closely linked with the new rural construction program, contributing significantly to improving the material and spiritual life of the people, building a healthy, united and humane cultural environment.
The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” is now not only a slogan but is gradually becoming an action and lifestyle of the people. It is the solidarity, humanity and community spirit that are contributing to the development of Tay Ninh homeland./.
