Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Secretary of the Party Cell of Tan An village (Dong Phu commune) is one of the shining examples in building a cultural life at the grassroots level. With the spirit of "practice goes hand in hand with words", taking the lead in implementing the project so that people can believe and follow, Mr. Minh actively mobilizes people to join hands in implementing rural traffic projects, maintaining the title of a cultural residential area.

Mr. Minh said: From 2016 to now, Tan An village has mobilized people to donate hundreds of square meters of land and crops to expand, upgrade and concretize many traffic routes. Thanks to the consensus and joint efforts of the people, the appearance of rural traffic is increasingly spacious; most of the village roads have been installed with lighting. The locality has also built a model of bright - green - clean - beautiful roads, the rate of households meeting the cultural family standards reaches over 97% each year.

“The material and spiritual life of the people of Tan An village has improved significantly in recent years. The health and education sectors have always been taken care of, and the residential area has no social evils. Along with promoting propaganda and mobilizing people to implement the contents of the movement, the Village Executive Board has also increased dialogue with the people, creating high consensus in implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws directly related to people's lives" - Mr. Minh shared.

In 25 years of implementing the Movement of All People Uniting to Build a Cultural Life, in Dong Nai province, there are thousands of typical and advanced examples that have been commended and rewarded by all levels, sectors and localities. The contributions of individuals and collectives have created a strong influence, contributing to the construction of new rural areas, civilized urban areas and strengthening the great national unity bloc.

The spirit of joining hands for the community is also clearly demonstrated through the practical actions of Mr. Huynh Van Gioi - a resident of Tau O village, Tan Khai commune, Dong Nai province. Over the years, Mr. Gioi has actively participated in community activities, including proactively contributing 100 million VND and mobilizing households to join in building a lighting system on the roads of groups 4, 5, 6, Tau O village. The completed project not only helps people travel more conveniently and safely at night but also contributes to maintaining security and order in the area.

In addition, Mr. Gioi also supported the installation of free internet and invested in a solar lighting system at the Cultural House of Tau O village. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for local people and youth to access information, study and participate in community activities.

Promoting the role of Head of Hamlet 3, Phuoc Thai Commune, in addition to calling on local people to join hands in building rural roads, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thanh also actively mobilized all resources to repair and supplement equipment (sound, light, tables and chairs, refrigerators, televisions) for activities at the Hamlet Cultural House. In particular, Ms. Thanh actively used digital technology to propagate and disseminate the Party's policies, State policies and laws and local regulations so that people could quickly grasp the activities and join hands to implement them seriously, responsibly and effectively.

According to Vice Chairwoman of Dong Phu Commune People's Committee Le Thi Le, in 25 years of implementing the Movement of All People Uniting to Build a Cultural Life, the Commune Steering Committee has effectively deployed the Program of Good People, Good Deeds, and Advanced Models associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; at the same time integrating with patriotic emulation movements of agencies, departments, branches, unions, and the Fatherland Front. Many typical examples in study, labor, and production; examples of donating land and trees to build inter-village roads and roads connecting industrial parks in the area have been widely replicated, contributing to bringing the movement into depth.

In 25 years of implementing the Movement of All people uniting to build a cultural life, An Vien commune has commended and rewarded 275 collectives, 590 outstanding individuals, proposed superiors to commend 78 collectives, 223 individuals.

Promoting the results of 25 years of implementing the movement, replicating and spreading bright examples in building a cultural life, Vice Chairman of Binh Minh Commune People's Committee Pham Thi Le Thuy said: In the coming time, the locality will continue to promote propaganda work; at the same time, promote proactive, positive awareness and self-management role in the community. During the implementation process, regularly urge, inspect and periodically summarize, promptly reward typical individuals and groups in implementing the movement, encourage all classes of people to join hands in building a new cultural life.
