The delegation awarded 13 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND, to students at schools in 8 communes and wards including: Tan An, Trang Dai, Long Binh, Bao Vinh, La Nga, Binh Phuoc , Hung Phuoc, Nghia Trung. To receive this scholarship, students who are victims, children, brothers and sisters of Agent Orange victims must have academic achievements of good or better.

Previously, at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, implementing a program to support students who are victims, children, brothers and sisters of Agent Orange victims, the education sector of Dong Nai province mobilized schools to contribute more than 228 million VND to support these students.
According to Mr. Mai Van Nho, Chairman of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Dong Nai Province, Dong Nai is currently home to nearly 13,000 victims of Agent Orange. Over the past time, the association has always made efforts and coordinated with sectors and localities to ensure that members receive the right - sufficient - timely policies and receive the attention of the community.
Currently, the provincial association levels are focusing on implementing policies for Agent Orange victims, continuing to fight for justice for Agent Orange victims internationally, building a strong and comprehensive association, mobilizing social resources to join hands in caring for Agent Orange victims...
