Training on digital transformation application in state management of family work and prevention of domestic violence

On the morning of November 26, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province organized a training conference on applying digital transformation in state management of family work and domestic violence prevention and control by 2025.

Attending the event were Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh Le Thi Hong Ket and more than 350 delegates who are members of the Steering Committee for Family Work from 60 communes and wards in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Thi Hong Ket emphasized: The application of digital transformation in the field of domestic violence prevention and control not only supports statistics, monitoring and warning work but also contributes to raising public awareness, creating conditions for authorities at all levels to proactively prevent, handle and support cases of domestic violence quickly, accurately and humanely.

Delegates were informed and thoroughly grasped the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence (2022); Decree No. 02/2013/ND-CP dated January 3, 2013 of the Government regulating family work; Decree No. 76/2023/ND-CP dated November 1, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence; Decree No. 110/2025/ND-CP dated May 21, 2025 of the Government regulating the Database on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence; focusing on digital transformation solutions and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in building and managing databases.
