QNgTV- The Department of Drug Administration, Ministry of Health, has recalled 80 acceptance numbers of declaration forms and 162 cosmetic products of MK Skincare Import-Export Production, Trade and Service Company Limited, the company that imports cosmetics for the Mailisa Beauty Salon system.

The revocation of 80 cosmetic product declaration receipt numbers is due to the fact that the enterprise could not present the Product Information File. The lack of a Product Information File makes it impossible for the management agency to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and quality of the product, posing potential risks to consumers.

At the same time, the Drug Administration requested to suspend circulation and recall nationwide all remaining batches of 162 cosmetic products according to the list attached to the Decision. The reason given was to take remedial measures to ensure safety for users.

MK Skincare Company must send recall notices to distributors, receive returned products from business establishments, and collect and preserve violating products until instructions for destruction are given by competent state agencies.

The company must report to the Drug Administration before December 15, 2025. Cosmetic businesses and users nationwide must immediately stop selling and using the above product batches and return them to the supplier.
