Focus on disbursement of public investment capital
The determination to promote disbursement of public investment capital with the motto "using public investment to activate and lead private investment" is considered an important task from now until the end of 2023 with the expectation that public investment will become a driving force for socio-economic growth.
In 2023, the Prime Minister assigned a public investment capital plan to Binh Thuan of VND 4,868,977 million, the disbursement result by May 12 was VND 1,263,930 million, reaching 26% of the capital plan assigned by the Government at the beginning of the year and reaching 35% compared to the assigned capital plan, higher than the national average (4.45%), the estimated disbursement by June 30 reached 48.42% of the plan. At a recent meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung requested: Urgently complete the detailed allocation of public investment capital, strive to disburse all public investment capital in 2023. This is a request and order of the Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee because it is related to the socio-economic development targets of the province. Investors in the process of disbursing public investment capital urgently complete payment tasks for construction items with volume, without waiting until the end of the year... Along with that, well implement the budget collection work, especially pay attention to the revenue source that accounts for a large proportion; speed up the progress of approving investment policies with new projects to collect budget. Speed up the progress of determining specific land prices to collect land use fees for projects and issue land use right certificates in the province; well implement the work of creating clean land fund for auction, increasing revenue for the local budget.

Focus on supporting, removing difficulties and obstacles, urging to accelerate the progress of infrastructure investment in industrial parks and industrial clusters, especially infrastructure investment in industrial parks: Son My 1, Son My 2, Tan Duc. Effectively deploy activities of the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" associated with the theme "Urban beautification, preserving and protecting the environment, green, clean and beautiful landscapes". Support and encourage businesses to develop post-harvest preservation industry, develop processing industry, especially processing of agricultural, forestry and fishery products and advantageous products of the province...
At the same time, speed up the construction progress of public investment projects; focus on directing the work of compensation, support, resettlement, promptly handle problems related to site clearance to ensure project progress, especially key projects. Review and shorten administrative procedures, promote digital transformation, Project 06 of the Government; improve and enhance the PCI Index, Par Index, PaPi Index, SiPas Index. Regularly dialogue to remove difficulties for businesses, investors in production and business, real estate enterprises. Strengthen state management in all fields, especially land, forests, mineral exploitation, environment...
