Chairwoman of the Long Hoa Ward Trade Union, Le Thi Thanh Phuong:

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Phuong
As a grassroots trade union official in the ward, I have high expectations for the success of the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union. I hope the Congress will propose practical policies and solutions to further enhance the position and role of the trade union organization in the new era, especially in the context of digital transformation, organizational restructuring, and the increasingly high demands of union members and workers.
I expect the Vietnam Confederation of Trade Unions to continue paying more attention to grassroots trade union officials, especially at the commune level; strengthening training and development in skills, professional expertise, digital technology application skills, dialogue skills, and problem-solving skills arising from practical situations. At the same time, appropriate support mechanisms should be in place to ensure that trade union officials can work with peace of mind, fostering a sense of responsibility and creativity in trade union activities.
I hope the Congress will continue to propose policies that better care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, protecting their legitimate rights and interests; paying attention to those who still face many difficulties, informal sector workers, female workers, young workers, and workers in remote areas. In addition, I expect the trade union organization to accelerate digital transformation in its operations, build a modern membership management system, improve the quality of service provision, and create conditions for union members to easily access welfare programs and support activities of the trade union.
As a delegate attending the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Confederation of Trade Unions, I recognize this as both an honor and a great responsibility to the union members, workers, and the trade union organization. Prior to the Congress, I proactively studied the documents, reports, and work program; I actively sought to understand the thoughts, aspirations, and suggestions of union members and workers at the grassroots level in order to truthfully and objectively reflect them to the Congress.
During the Congress, I will uphold the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and responsibility; actively discuss and contribute opinions on important issues; fully exercise the rights and obligations of a delegate, especially participating in the selection and election of comrades with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige to lead the trade union organization in the new term.
Chairman of the Trade Union of Long An University of Economics and Industry, Le Dinh Ky:

Mr. Le Dinh Ky
I feel deeply honored and proud to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, for the term 2026-2031. This is a significant political event for the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization, taking place in the context of the country entering a new stage of development with many opportunities and advantages, but also numerous difficulties and challenges from the process of international integration, digital transformation, and the rapid changes in the domestic and global labor markets.
Working in the Education and Training sector, I expect that the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Confederation of Trade Unions, for the term 2026-2031, will propose strategic policies and decisions that are relevant to reality; continue to affirm and enhance the position of the trade union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, meeting the requirements of innovation in the current period.
In particular, I hope that the Trade Union organization will have more practical and effective solutions to support teachers, education administrators, and workers in the Education and Training sector in the face of the increasingly high demands of the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training.
Currently, educators not only impart knowledge but also must adapt to the rapid development of science and technology; innovate teaching methods; promote digital transformation in education; and meet the increasingly high demands of society. Therefore, each educator must constantly learn, train, and improve their professional skills and expertise to meet the requirements of educational reform in the current period.
Based on that experience, I expect the university to pay more attention to policies related to income, benefits, working conditions, training, professional development, and the material and spiritual well-being of its teaching staff. When teachers are cared for, given opportunities to develop and contribute, the quality of education will truly be improved sustainably.
Furthermore, I hope that in the new term, the Vietnam Trade Union will continue to strongly innovate its content and methods of operation in a way that is more accessible, practical, and effective; and effectively play its role as a reliable "bridge" between union members, workers, the Party, the State, and employers. The Trade Union should not only be an organization that protects rights but also a place to inspire and awaken the spirit of creativity and dedication; contributing to building a democratic, humane, and happy working environment.
For me, being selected as a delegate to the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Confederation of Trade Unions, for the term 2026-2031, is not only an honor but also a great responsibility before the collective of union members and workers. I deeply understand that each delegate attending the Congress represents the voice, thoughts, aspirations, and expectations of the union members in their respective units. To prepare for the Congress, I proactively studied the draft documents, political reports, action programs, as well as the results of the trade union's activities in the past term.
At the same time, I took the time to listen to and synthesize the opinions, suggestions, and issues that union members and workers are concerned about, so that I could participate and contribute my opinions responsibly, objectively, and constructively. I am determined to attend the Congress with a spirit of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, and innovation; actively exchanging, discussing, and contributing opinions stemming from the practical work and lives of union members in the Education and Training sector.
I believe that, with the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Trade Union organization and the strong spirit of innovation of this Congress, the Vietnam Trade Union will continue to develop strongly, truly being a reliable support for union members and workers, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and happy country.
Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Loan - employee of Workshop 1, Ching Luh Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. (Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Ben Luc Commune):

Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Loan
As a union member and employee at the enterprise, I hope that the trade union organization will become increasingly closer to, listen to, and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. I hope that there will be more practical policies regarding wages, benefits, working conditions, housing, and healthcare for workers. I also hope that the trade union will continue to innovate its activities, create more opportunities for workers to learn, improve their skills, secure employment, and feel secure in their long-term commitment to the enterprise. I also believe that the Vietnamese trade union will continue to be a solid support and a representative voice for workers in the new development phase of the country.
Attending the Congress is both an honor and a responsibility for me. Before attending, I researched the content and program of the Congress, listened to the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of the union members and employees at the company so that I could reflect them fully and objectively.
With a high sense of responsibility, I will fully participate in all aspects of the Congress, carefully study the documents, actively contribute constructive opinions, and seriously implement the resolutions after the Congress. At the same time, I will act as a "bridge" to disseminate the policies and directions of the Trade Union to union members and employees at the company where I work. I hope to contribute my small part to building a stronger Trade Union organization, truly a reliable support for union members and employees.
The 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, for the term 2026-2031, will take place from June 3rd to 5th, 2026 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi. This is a significant political event for the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. The Congress is guided by the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The theme of the Congress is building a strong and comprehensive Vietnamese trade union; focusing on representing, caring for, and protecting union members and workers; promoting the pioneering role and spirit of innovation, contributing to realizing the aspiration of building a rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy country. The 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union will be attended by 780 outstanding delegates, representing the will, aspirations, and intellect of nearly 10 million trade union members nationwide. The delegation from Tay Ninh province attending the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Confederation of Labor, term 2026-2031, consists of 23 official delegates.
