The Hanoi People's Committee has added 18 projects with a total area of 491.57 hectares in Me Linh district to the 2024 land use plan.
Recently, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed Decision No. 3940/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 land use plan for Me Linh district.
Accordingly, the Hanoi City People's Committee decided to adjust and supplement the list of land use plans for 2024 and the land use plan targets for 2024 for Me Linh district in Decision No. 423/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024.
Specifically, the adjustments and additions to the 2024 land use plan for Me Linh district include 18 projects, with a total area of 491.57 hectares, of which 2 projects have had their names and legal basis adjusted in the 2024 land use plan.
The 2024 Land Use Plan adjusts the project area for 2 projects, bringing the total adjusted project area to 442.43 hectares. It also adds 14 projects to the 2024 Land Use Plan, covering an area of 47.8 hectares. The adjusted land areas for 2024 include: agricultural land at 7,307.16 hectares; non-agricultural land at 6,721.17 hectares; and unused land at 100.93 hectares.
The adjusted land acquisition plan for 2024 includes 926.85 hectares of agricultural land and 50.82 hectares of non-agricultural land. The adjusted land use conversion plan for 2024 includes 1,135.19 hectares of agricultural land converted to non-agricultural land and 45.89 hectares of non-agricultural land (excluding residential land) converted to residential land. The number of projects and the area specified in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 2078/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2024 are adjusted to 191 projects with a total area of 1,775.24 hectares.
Other provisions recorded in Decision No. 423/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024; and Decision No. 2078/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2024 of the People's Committee of the City remain in effect.
