Hanoi removes traffic restrictions on many routes

According to the Hanoi Department of Transport, through monitoring the traffic situation on National Highway 32, National Highway 32 bypass, Provincial Road 419 (old 80), Tam Chuc - Kha Phong Road in My Duc District and Son Tay Town, currently the flooded areas are receding. The average flooding depth is 10 - 25cm, ensuring traffic safety for vehicles to circulate.

The Department of Transport announced traffic organization adjustments, allowing vehicles to circulate on this route starting from 5:00 p.m. on September 18, 2024.

The Department of Transport requests the Traffic Police Department of the City Police, the People's Committees of My Duc and Son Tay districts and towns to monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and section to promptly detect any problems and propose appropriate traffic organization adjustments.

The Transport Management Department is responsible for notifying bus stations and transport businesses to grasp the route according to the content of traffic organization adjustment for vehicles to circulate through locations that are no longer flooded on National Highway 32, National Highway 32 bypass, Highway 419 (old 80), Tam Chuc - Kha Phong road in the districts and towns of My Duc and Son Tay to ensure the travel needs of the people.
