According to Hanoi Drainage One Member Limited Liability Company, the rainfall measured from 7am on September 29 to 7am on September 30 in some areas was highest at about 198mm in Xuan Mai commune, 169mm in Tay Mo ward, 118mm in Phu Luong ward and 104mm in O Cho Dua ward; the rest of the areas were under 100mm.
Heavy rain has caused flooding on many roads, especially in the area of Tunnel No. 5 and No. 6, Km9 Thang Long Boulevard.
Due to many roads being deeply flooded, people's travel is facing many difficulties.



Some traffic routes were congested on the morning of September 30 due to heavy rain and flooding.


The lives of many people on flooded roads are significantly affected.

According to the forecast of the Northern Hydrometeorological Station, on September 30, Hanoi will have moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Authorities advise people to pay attention to heavy rain forecasts and dangerous weather news to prevent and respond promptly to any situation that may arise.
