Heavy rain in Hanoi, many streets flooded

On the morning of September 30, due to the influence of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), Hanoi experienced prolonged heavy rain, causing widespread flooding on many roads.

According to Hanoi Drainage One Member Limited Liability Company, the rainfall measured from 7am on September 29 to 7am on September 30 in some areas was highest at about 198mm in Xuan Mai commune, 169mm in Tay Mo ward, 118mm in Phu Luong ward and 104mm in O Cho Dua ward; the rest of the areas were under 100mm.
