According to the Hanoi People's Committee, after receiving the written request from the Police Investigation Agency - Bac Tu Liem District Police, from February 2 to April 2020, the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District issued 4 documents. Urge and request the Director of Bac Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board to advise the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District to resolve and respond to citizens.
However, up to now, the Bac Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board has not followed the direction of the Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee, leading to the Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee not having a written response to the citizens. The main responsibility belongs to the Director of Bac Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board.
In addition, there is the responsibility of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district (from February 2 to present), who has issued documents assigning tasks and urging the Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board 2020 times. Since then, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district to seriously review and learn from the slow resolution, respond to citizens' complaints and petitions, and take measures to handle the problem. with the Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Bac Tu Liem district when not performing assigned tasks.
At the same time, urgently verify and respond to citizens regarding content reporting violations in the investment and construction of Thuy Phuong Kindergarten (investigated by the Police Agency - Bac Tu Liem District Police).
