To meet the teaching and learning needs for the 2025-2026 school year and the following years, based on the advice of the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the recruitment quota for teachers at preschool, primary, secondary, high school, and vocational education and continuing education centers for the 2025-2026 school year.

Of which, high schools recruit 7 teachers (1 target according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government regulating policies to attract and employ talented people to work in Party, State, Fatherland Front agencies and socio-political organizations); vocational education and continuing education centers recruit 4 teachers.
For preschool, primary and secondary school levels, Ha Tinh recruits 268 teachers, of which 36 are preschool teachers, 180 are primary school teachers, and 52 are secondary school teachers.

Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training proposed to second 58 junior high school teachers
The Provincial People's Committee requires that for preschool level, recruitment is for schools that are lacking teachers and have not reached the ratio of 2 teachers/class.
For primary school level, recruitment is to ensure that schools have not yet reached the ratio of 1.42 teachers/class and at least 1 cultural teacher/class, ensuring balanced recruitment targets between localities according to the current teacher/class norms.
For secondary schools, priority is given to recruiting in localities with a large shortage of teachers, ensuring balanced recruitment targets between localities according to the current teacher/class quota.

A new point in this year's recruitment is that the Department of Education and Training recruits based on specific school addresses. This ensures staffing for schools in remote and disadvantaged areas that are lacking staff, while also ensuring long-term stability for the teaching staff.
