Many batches of union officials and workers from the East and West of Hai Phong exchanged and learned experiences.

The program aims to propagate to cadres, union members and workers in the city about the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese working class and the role of trade unions.

On September 21, Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized the program "Thank workers in 2025".

This is a program organized (phase 2) for nearly 300 outstanding union officials and union members in the east of Hai Phong to participate in a course on skills in organizing collective activities.

Previously, there were 2 sessions for union officials and outstanding union members in the west of Hai Phong to attend this program in the east of Hai Phong.

Thus, through 4 sessions, more than 1,000 cadres and workers from the west of Hai Phong visited and learned from the experiences in the east, and about 600 union cadres from the east of Hai Phong attended the program in the west.

Within the framework of the program, outstanding union officials and union members offered incense at the Memorial of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh (in the premises of the Vietnam - Czechoslovakia Friendship Labor Cultural Palace), and visited the special national relic site of Con Son - Kiep Bac (Tran Hung Dao ward).

Union officials also participated in exchanges and shared skills on organizing collective events, steps to organize large-scale employee care activities such as: surveying and understanding the needs of union members to build appropriate activities; planning, organizing and preparing personnel to coordinate, communicating to attract the active participation of union members; training on coordination skills and handling arising problems, evaluating the effectiveness after activities to gain experience...

This is a practical activity to thank the positive contributions of the city's cadres, union members and workers to the development of the Trade Union organization in the city.

It is expected that at the end of September 2025, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation will continue to organize the "Thank workers" program for about 400 outstanding union officials and union members in the west of Hai Phong.
